Through the website www.ticketic.org, the user has at his disposal a service for the advance sale of tickets, and TICKETIC manages their distribution in the name and on behalf of the promoter. TICKETIC acts as a mere intermediary in the sale of tickets to concerts, shows or other events organised by the promoters and does not exercise any control over them or over the availability of tickets. En aquellos supuestos en que los tickets tengan que estar personalizados por exigencias del promotor del acontecimiento, se solicitarán al usuario que facilite los datos correspondientes.
Se informa a los usuarios que TICKETIC se reserva el derecho a modificar, sin previo aviso, las presentes condiciones generales de contratación, respetando en todo caso las condiciones generales vigentes en el momento de realización de la contratación o compra realizada por el usuario.
Para poder comprar una entrada el usuario tiene que ser mayor de edad y tener una tarjeta de crédito o débito válidamente emitida a su nombre.
El usuario se compromete a no conseguir las entradas mediante el uso no autorizado de robots ni otros dispositivos automatizados ni otra actividad ilícita o no autorizada. TICKETIC se reserva el derecho de anular, sin previo aviso, cualquier operación razonablemente sospechosa de haber incumplido la presente disposición.
El usuario, con la aceptación de los términos y condiciones, declara ser mayor de edad y tener capacidad suficiente para conocer y aceptar los trámites aquí expuestos como necesarios para proceder a la compra.
En el supuesto de que la contratación la haga un menor de edad, es necesaria la autorización de sus padres o tutores legales. El usuario es el único responsable de la veracidad y exactitud de los datos proporcionados a TICKETIC en el proceso de reserva.

Los usuarios que naveguen a través de la presente página web podrán visualizar, clasificados por categorías y subcategorías, la totalidad de servicios ofrecidos para su adquisición.

El servicio de venta de entradas es de carácter oneroso, y en todo momento el usuario tiene en la web la información sobre el precio de cada entrada. El servicio de información que se ofrece a través de la web es de carácter gratuito.
La venta de entradas se realiza en la medida y disposición que las asignen los promotores. La cantidad de entradas a disposición de TICKETIC puede variar de un espectáculo a otro. TICKETIC no ejerce ningún tipo de control sobre la disponibilidad de entradas.
En el proceso de compra y siempre antes de que finalice el mismo, el usuario dispondrá de toda la información relativa al precio final completo, que será mostrado en euros e incluyen el I.V.A. aplicable y/o cualquier otro impuesto que fueran aplicable, desglosando en su caso el importe de los incrementos o descuentos que sean aplicable a la oferta y los gastos adicionales que se repercutan al usuario.
Estos precios serán en todo momento los vigentes, exceptuando los posibles errores tipográficos manifiestos.

How to make a purchase

Cancellations and right of withdrawal
.The user must ensure, before processing the purchase, the accuracy and adequacy of the data entered, since it is not possible to cancel or refund the tickets purchased once the purchase has been made. Los gastos de gestión retribuyen el servicio prestado por TICKETIC al usuario para localizar y transmitir la entrada, de forma independiente a la ejecución del acontecimiento o espectáculo.
TICKETIC, como distribuidor, se compromete a devolver el importe cuando reciba la orden exprés del organizador o promotor del acontecimiento.
