Valerio Marras surprised us at LEM 2022. He presented Albero (2021), a combination of drone, ambient, and minimalist post-rock. After that dark ceremony, S A R R A M brings us Pàthei Màthos (2023) accompanied by visuals from Claudio Spanu, creating a spectacular immersive experience.
Kasper T. Toeplitz, a composer and bassist, has developed his work between orthodox composition and noise electronics. A collaborator of Éliane Radigue or Zbigniew Karkowski, he returns to LEM after a decade to present Les Nebuloses, a work inspired by Víctor Nubla. A world premiere.
DSM was born in Berlin in 1980 as a vehicle for post-industrial sound synthesis. Their sound research has a very important performative element and a narrative will that distinguishes them. Today, Guido Hübner, its last member, continues a cutting-edge proposal in Europe.
