LEM 2025: TERANYINES + ANNIKA FRANCKE & LIZ KOSACK
concert / music Barcelona Saturday, October 18, 2025, 19hA new edition of our female creation lab, this time featuring music and tap dance, and the premiere of a new project by two great artists.
Event information
Fifth edition of Teranyines, the GTS female interdisciplinary creation lab! This year, the artists who have come together to create new work are musicians Joana Gomila and Laia Vallès and tap dancers Alba Galimany and Saretta Macchiavelli. A meeting where sound opens up into layers and textures and the rhythm is drawn with the body and feet. The stage space becomes a laboratory for listening and friction, giving rise to sonic and choreographic constellations.
A gathering of two supremely talented artists. For years, Annika Francke has been experimenting with soundgadgets beyond the saxophone and is a major name in Barcelona's experimental scene. American musician and designer Liz Kosack works with synthesizers and masks in works that have won several awards. Together, they experiment outside fixed tonalities and rhythms to create majestic soundscapes in dynamic improvisation sessions.
